In 2012, Elizabeth expanded her dealership, Monarch Mobile Homes, with the addition of a new office and a team of sales agents. Her sales force is now immersed in comprehensive training to learn the skills that will achieve success to equal that of Elizabeth's.
Recently, Elizabeth was recognized as the National Association of Professional Women's Woman of the Year in 2012/2013. She maintains her membership with the California Mobile Home Institute and is also a Board Member of the Huntington Beach Mobile Home Advisory Board.
Elizabeth is involved in a few organizations, such as, Kiva, which is an organization that empowers people and supports Women in business in 3'd world countries, and the Thich Nhat Continuation & Legacy Foundation which teaches mindfulness. She is all about being ECO-friendly and supports the green movement.
